As we take customer service seriously and as per our comment on the other review with our tire installer, we would really like for you to reach out to our manager Sandell at 403-932-4632 so we can discuss the situation as we cannot find an incident in the system. We feel a one star review with no other explanation would at least be cause to give us a call and let us know the details of what happened. Please reach out. Upon further review we cannot even find your name in our system. Please reach out so that we know this isnt spam and resolve this. Updates to come if he reaches everyone.
